If you take the time to build a solid relationship with your list member and provide them with a quality email each time, you'll keep that member on your list longer. Not only that, you'll gain their trust and also increase your click thru and sales conversion percentages.

Eventually the bulk and mass mailer will get their accounts banned and potentially run into legal problems. One little spam complaint can quickly lead the promotional email marketing campaign into a quick downward spiral. The smart email marketing publisher doesn't run into these problems as they are sending emails only to people who wish to receive them and they follow that up by providing value to their list members.
