Email Marketing - How to Deal With UnsubscribesI have a very pragmatic approach to unsubscribes – the harder I work, and the more value I deliver online, the more unsubscribes I am likely to have. Now, you may think that is crazy. The more I deliver, the more unsubscribes I will get? You might think it is the other way around – the more and better I deliver, the fewer unsubscribes I will get. But in reality, the better you are at delivering great content and information, the more people will unsubscribe. In fact, if you are not getting some hate mail from time to time, you probably aren’t pushing your list enough. You see, I push my list. I ask them why they haven’t taken action. I want to know why they haven’t started making money online. And I don’t want to hear excuses like, ‘my niche is no good’ or ‘I just don’t know what to do’ or ‘nobody will help me’. Look, you have to put in the work, you have to sweat a little. And I don’t like it when people whine about how they can’t do it. The only reason someone can’t do it online, if the can read and write and have access to an internet connection, is because they aren’t trying hard enough, aren’t working hard enough, or have failed to get enough of the right information. Are you struggling with something online? Get help. Find someone who has done it before and pay them to teach you how to do it. |
