Mailing Lists- How To Create A Squeeze Page That Generate Tons of SubscribersToday I will cover creating a pathway to collect your subscriber's information so you can send them your messages. If you have a web site already, create a "squeeze page". Basically a squeeze page offers the visitor some incentive to subscribe to your list, and contains a web form which your auto responder service will provide, which will automatically subscribe them to your list once they enter their name and email. Your squeeze page should be simple, basically offering only a headline to create interest in the list, a few bullet points, and the opt-in script. Keep it short and simple for the highest response rate. So it will look like this: Your Headline Here---What Will The Newsletter or Mailing do For Me? Bullets here---what will I learn? How will this help me? What will I get from this? Then your web form will go here. That is pretty much it for your squeeze page. The key here is to keep it extremely simple. If you do not have a web site, you have two choices. You can get one soon, or you can simply use the auto responder address. When you advertise, you can simply advertise the auto responder address for your campaign, and the visitors will simply reply to that address to become subscribed. Long run, you need a web site, but this will work for now. The key is for you to get started. It is much easier to make improvements to your method once you are moving; the hardest part is getting started. |
